David Elmekies


David has been instrumental in the successful development of numerous products and games. His accomplished works span the likes of such companies as Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Sega, Vivendi, Disney, Hasbro, and Mattel. Beyond the gaming and product development realm, David has worked, and continues to work, in a creative leadership capacity with several licensed properties, overseeing the creation of logos, style guides, and other creative collateral with an eye towards marketing and sell-through. He continues to develop innovative brands as the founder and CEO of Cypher Entertainment, a company that specializes in developing Augmented Reality software products for a variety of applications. David will bring his creative history, as well as his relationships with such musical artists as DJ Tiesto and such retailers as Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and Victoria’s Secret to the fore as he leverages his creativity, business acumen, and experience in both retail and entertainment to spearhead the development and licensing of new brands.

Marlo Gold


With 17 years of experience in management, operations and business development, Marlo has spearheaded the development, marketing, licensing and distribution of a variety of products. A constant entrepreneur, she has founded and led a number of successful companies with a wide range of focuses, including Filtered Internet Solutions, Inc, a national Internet security firm and DigiKidz, Inc, a marketer of personalized products for children. In these roles and in her capacity as Marketing Director of PixFusion, LLC and Sentimental Journeys, LLC, Ms. Gold has worked with such companies as Marvel Entertainment, Nickelodeon, Kodak Gallery, Blockbuster Video, HSN, QVC and Hasbro, strategized the launch and manufacture of new products and brands, negotiated the distribution of products into Australia, France and New Zealand, and negotiated a licensing agreement with NFL properties. In her current role as founder and President of Product Placement and Promotions, LLC (P3), Ms. Gold oversees the design of business development strategies specifically tailored to clients, walking clients through every step of product development, manufacturing, and production and placement of advertising media. Ms. Gold will use her broad expertise in marketing, operations and development to help create and promote quality licensed goods that sell.
